Dadoos- Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all regions of the mainland UK. Our shipping network includes our in-house delivery team.
For the Same Day Delivery, we currently service the following postcodes:

    • BR: BR1, BR2, BR3, BR4, BR5, BR6, BR7, BR8
    • CR: CR0
    • DA: DA1, DA2, DA3, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA9, DA10, DA11, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18
    • E: E6, E14, E16
    • IG: IG1, IG11
    • SE: SE2, SE3, SE4, SE6, SE7, SE8, SE9, SE10, SE12, SE13, SE14, SE15, SE16, SE18, SE22, SE23, SE26, SE28
    • ME: ME1, ME2, ME3, ME4, ME6, ME7, ME8, ME19
    • TN: TN13

2. Delivery Timeframes

Same Day Delivery (Instant Delivery Service)

  • Availability: 11 AM – 8 PM, 7 days a week
  • Cut-off time: Orders must be placed by 4 PM to qualify. Orders received after 4 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Minimum Order Value: £40 (Orders below this amount will be sent via Royal Mail or DPD, with a standard delivery time of 2 working days).
  • Standard Delivery
  • Standard Delivery Charge: £2.95 per order.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 2 working days.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Costs

  • Same-Day Delivery: minimum order value above £40.
  • Standard Delivery: Shipping charges of £2.95 per order will apply based on weight and location, displayed at checkout.

4. Special Delivery Requests

We aim to deliver orders within a few hours for same-day delivery. However, if you need your order delivered at a specific time, please contact our customer care team at 07823751301 to arrange it.

5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In case of severe weather or other disruptions, delivery times may be affected.

6. Important Notes

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • Signature Requirement: Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
