Perishable Items: We have in place a very stringent quality control and we make sure the any perishable item dispatched are in pristine condition. While Using third party Courier service and knowing their handling practices of parcels, we are unable to guarantee the condition the fresh produce reaches you. Due to the nature of perishable items and the time lapse in postage, we are unable to except returns on them as we would be unable to restock and sell them on. We can only compensate for them in your future orders.

Note: We cannot accept returns of perishable items, such as fresh produce, dairy, or meat products. However, if you receive a perishable item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
